  1. What are your hours?

    We are open:

    Monday-Friday

    8am-6pm

    Saturdays

    8am-4pm

    Sundays

    10am-3pm

    Holiday schedules will be updated on the google business page, facebook page, and website.

  2. Are you handicap accessible?

    We have had many customers visit us with walkers and wheelchairs. Our display area is covered in gravel which can sometimes make wheel chairs difficult. However, you are able to drive through our display area and we will happily bring plants to your window you may be interested in!

  3. Are you open rain or shine?

    Yes we are! However, the vast majority of our plants are displayed outside. Please dress appropriately for shopping in the elements!

  4. Do you offer a warranty on your plants?

    No, we do not. We have the utmost confidence in the health of our plants and we will never let a plant leave our location if we believe it may have an issue of any kind. However, when a plant goes home with a customer we no longer can guarantee that the plant is watered correctly, given the right amount of sun or fertilizer, or planted correctly. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with a purchased plant, we can probably assume about 9 times out of 10 it is a watering issue. Unfortunately, we cannot possibly expect to keep our prices as low as they are and replace every plant that isn’t cared for correctly. If you have any questions about what your plants need, give us a call, or email us pictures, we’re happy to work through problems!

  5. Why are so many items listed as out of stock?

    If you’re checking out our website in early spring, you’ll see only evergreens listed as in stock. Our display area is almost completely outdoor and we like to protect our leafy and flowering plants as long as possible from potential late frosts or snows. Gotta love Ohio weather! We watch the weather religiously and start to bring out the more fragile items when we see consistent weather that won’t harm their foliage or flower buds. We close for the season around Thanksgiving time, if you’re checking out the site out of season, everything will be listed as out of stock.

  6. Are you licensed?

    Yes! We are a licensed nursery stock dealer and our products are inspected by the Department of Agriculture regularly!

  7. Are you a wholesale seller only?

    No, we are not! We know our prices are low but the quality of our plants is not! We believe in fairly priced plants for all homeowners as well as landscape professionals. For landscape professionals, we can often work with you on pricing for large install jobs.

  8. What quantities do you have available?

    Unfortunately, at this time we cannot keep accurate quantities on the website, although we do try to post out of stock as quickly as possible. Want to make sure we have enough in stock? Feel free to call, email, or submit a wish list confirming quantities for your project.

  9. Can we purchase online and ship to the house?

    No, currently all purchases must be made and picked up at our location in Grafton.

  10. If I send you my wish list will you pull the items for me?

    Not unless we speak on the phone or by email! We prefer you pick out your plants yourself (we’re happy to give opinions) but everyone chooses plants in different ways!

  11. Do you offer delivery?

    We are not set up for delivery at this time. We have had many customers come in with uhauls to take larger orders home. We are always available to help you load up!

  12. What forms of payment are accepted?

    We accept all credit cards, cash, and venmo.

  13. Do you do landscape design work?

    We love talking about the plants and what they need. If you need help, bring sizes of your flower beds, knowledge of the sun in the area, and goals for your design. Pictures also always help! We’re happy to talk to you about what plants will get you the look you’re wanting for your landscape.
